What it is

Guest damage is charged inconsistently in most hotels because there is no clear before. Recoup builds the claim from evidence that already exists: the room's reference images supply the before, the discovery photographs supply the after, and the asset register supplies the replacement cost. Out comes a priced, evidenced claim.
