What it is

Minibar revenue leaks in two places: consumption that is never recorded, and charges that are recorded but abandoned at checkout. Tallybar moves the record to the corridor. Staff mark what has gone as they work the floor, priced from that room's own list, and the charge posts to the folio with a photograph attached. The restock list assembles itself as they go, so the trolley is loaded from real consumption rather than an estimate.
